We stand behind the quality of our Claber, Gardena, and other premium products. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
Returns Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and manufacturer policies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Drip Irrigation Systems (once opened or used)
- Drip Line products
- Any product that has been installed or used
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package. - Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
- Processing: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement product. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
