We pride ourselves on swift order processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please review the two shipping options we offer:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: £12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of receiving them for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
To comply with hygiene standards and manufacturer policies, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Drip Irrigation Systems
- Drip Line products
- Any product that has been installed or used
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the standard return process above. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.
