Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

Free Shipping

• Available on orders over £50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, and carrier processing times.

Returns Period

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

To comply with hygiene standards and manufacturer policies, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Drip Line products
• Any product that has been installed or used

Return Process

1. Contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
4. Ship to: Silverlines Equipment Store, 53 Hurst Street, Birmingham, GB B4F 3HV, with the RMA number clearly marked

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return (within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the standard return process. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship your replacement. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
